This year, over 90% of ASUS consumer laptops will meet the EPEAT and ENERGY STAR 8.0 standards. ASUS focuses on product quality, functionality, durability, and upgradability to ensure longer product life cycles. Sustainability is built into the design process, with the use of sustainable materials in manufacturing and packaging. Since 2017, ASUS has utilized 1,500 tons of post-consumer recycled plastic (PCR) and 20,000 tons of recycled paper in 2022. Additionally, ASUS has recycled over 40,000 tons of electronic waste (e-waste) in recent years.
